Artists' Bio: Sharon and Gwen, are best friends who paint together.

Gwen and Sharon have been neighbors for 12 years and friends and co-workers for even longer. They even spent over 7 years traveling back and forth to Florida together. They garden together, exchanging plants and garden ideas frequently. And they paint together, encouraging each other and sharing ideas.

The ladies will have their art displayed in Gwen's beautiful garden so you are in for a real treat when you visit them on the tour.

Gwen started painting when she was a child and learned a lot from her artist mother. You will often find her painting flowers, birds, and animals but she also paints beautiful Saskatchewan landscapes. Gwen is prolific in all mediums so you can see watercolours, pastels, oil paintings, and acrylic paintings.

Sharon has been painting for over 20 years. She is a very talented watercolourist but also uses acrylic paints, and pastels and lately has been trying alcohol inks and Encaustic wax. She likes to paint portraits but also enjoys painting flowers and animals.
